Although it may cost a bit more to use quality materials, it usually pays off both in the appearance of the finished product and in
how it holds up over time. You have our promise that we will work as quickly and as carefully as possible while upholding our high
standards. You property will be cleaned up at the end of each day and at the completion of the job.

We work on a time and material basis.  What that means is that for most jobs, we work on an hourly rate plus the cost of all
materials required to complete your job.  If we have to leave or take a break for personal reasons, this is subtracted.  We charge
$45/hour for most types of work ($55+/hour for some work), Our rates decrease by 10% if we are at your job over 1 day. Our
minimum charge doing work at your property is $90.  The handyman consultant visiting your property will charge a  nominal
consultation / trip fee of $10 to help offset his personal travel cost and keep our hourly rates reasonable. This is part of his salary
so please pay him directly at the time of the meeting.  We may be able to provide a rough or detailed estimate for your project once
we have an opportunity to give you a consultation. These rates also apply while we are discussing the project with you, picking up
materials or obtaining specific tools for your job.  We will make every attempt to obtain the project materials at the best price. We
make every effort to purchase all materials at one stop, saving you run around time.  We also charge landfill haul-off fees, specialty
equipment rental fees, and delivery fees for heavy or large loads of materials.
